MEXC Futures System Update Blocked Trading and Caused Losses
I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced on Mexc futures on 25.06.2026 between approximately 16:10 and 16:33. During this period, futures trading was completely stopped under the name of a “system update” and I was unable to intervene in my open positions in any way for about 23 minutes. While the system showed a warning that maintenance was being carried out and that futures transactions could not be made for a short time, this interruption lasted long enough to cause significant financial damage. Because I could not manage my positions during this 23-minute period, I suffered a loss of 2,360 USDT. I tried to reach customer service during this problem, but I could not connect and did not receive any effective support or explanatory response. The interruption, which occurred entirely due to the platform’s own decision and technical process, directly affected my account and caused a concrete, measurable loss. I request that my 2,360 USDT loss caused by this system update and transaction interruption be fully compensated and that a detailed explanation be provided as to why such a long interruption occurred in futures trading. I expect this situation to be examined urgently through my account and transaction records and my loss to be covered without further delay.
