Mexc Exchange's Saga Coin Rebrand Leaves Investors in the Dark
Last Saturday, April 6, 2024, I spontaneously bought Saga Coin from Mexc Exchange. On Monday, Saga Coin went through a name change. Mexc, the original lister, asserted that it is a distinct coin and subsequently altered its name. Why wasn't any warning given for three days then? I am extremely upset because all of my invested funds have disappeared. I would like to request a refund for the amount I paid.

When purchasing the Saga coin, there was no warning that it was not the same coin. After collecting the money, you changed the name. A warning should have been given. I am complaining about you. I do not accept the warning given 3 days later. I demand a refund of my money. You have victimized so many people, not just me. My husband is in the same situation. You changed the name without notifying us.
On 6.4, the saga coin I bought changed its name to saga1, and my money disappeared. Today, on 11.4, the mexc exchange re-listed it as saga coin. I am complaining about you and requesting a refund of my money.
