I Face Denied $35 New User Bonus on MEXC Despite $100 Deposit

I am filing this complaint against the MEXC exchange due to a highly disappointing experience. When I signed up, they clearly advertised a $35 new user bonus, claiming that the bonus would be granted after making a $100 deposit. I completed the required deposit, and the transaction was successfully approved by their system without any issues.

However, this morning, instead of receiving the promised bonus, I was informed that my account was subjected to “risk control,” and the bonus would not be credited. What’s worse is that they provided no explanation whatsoever about what specific risk they detected. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable for a global crypto exchange.

As a new user, I feel misled and regret signing up for the platform. Promising bonuses and then withholding them without reason severely damages user trust.

I kindly request that MEXC immediately credit my $35 new user bonus as promised, and publicly clarify what their so-called “risk control” actually involves. Please resolve this issue transparently and honor your commitment to new users to prevent further disappointment.
