Metwallet Withdrawal Missing – Meezan Bank Deposit Not Received

I made a withdrawal of 40 USD yesterday from Metwallet to my bank account at Meezan Bank in Pakistan. In the transaction screen it shows that the withdrawal of approximately 39–40 USD to my bank card was completed on 28.08.2026, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite the transaction being marked as completed on the Metwallet/arripayment side, there is no corresponding deposit visible in my Meezan Bank account balance or statement. I have waited since yesterday and the situation has not changed. I request that my missing 40 USD withdrawal be urgently traced and either credited to my Meezan Bank account without any further delay or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my Metwallet balance. I also request written information about what caused this issue and how it will be prevented in the future.
