Metwallet Money Stuck

I used Metwallet to send 180 USD to a State Bank of India account via the bank card transfer method yesterday, and even though 24 hours have passed, the money has still not been received by the recipient. As can also be seen from the transaction details, the card withdrawal around 177–180 USD was completed on my side, but the amount has not arrived in the SBI account. I have not been able to get clear support from Metwallet and I do not know how to contact them directly about this failed transfer. I am concerned about the safety of my money and the lack of any update on the status of the transaction. I request that this transfer be completed to the State Bank of India account as soon as possible, or that a clear and written explanation be provided about the situation, together with a solution so that my 180 USD is not lost.
