MetWallet Has Not Processed My $100 Withdrawal to Ziraat Bank
I attempted to withdraw approximately $100 from my ChaMet balance through MetWallet to my Ziraat Bank account. Since Friday, February 6, the transaction has been showing as pending at the bank stage. However, the funds have neither been deposited into my bank account nor returned to my MetWallet balance.
I suspect the issue may be related to my IBAN information because it does not include the “TR” prefix. Even so, the transaction has not been completed, canceled, or refunded. The funds have effectively disappeared from both my bank account and my MetWallet balance, and I have not received any explanation or status update regarding the delay.
For the past three days, I have been unable to access these funds, and the lack of communication has caused significant concern. Users should be informed when a withdrawal cannot be completed, and returned funds should be credited back promptly rather than remaining unavailable.
I request that MetWallet either complete the transfer and deposit the full amount of approximately $100 into my Ziraat Bank account or cancel the withdrawal and immediately return the funds to my ChaMet/MetWallet balance. I also request a clear explanation regarding the current status of the transaction and the reason for the delay.
