MetWallet Has Not Returned My $70 After My Bank Rejected the Withdrawal
This morning, I withdrew $70 from my MetWallet account to my bank card. However, my bank rejected the transaction and returned the funds back to MetWallet. Despite the return being completed, the money has still not been credited back to my MetWallet account.
At the moment, my balance is not visible in either my bank account or my MetWallet account. Because of this delay, I am concerned that the funds may remain pending or become stuck in the system. I would like to know when the returned balance will be credited back to my account.
I rely on access to my funds and do not want this transaction to remain in a suspended or unresolved status. The delay is causing inconvenience, and I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding the current status of the returned withdrawal.
I request that MetWallet review the transaction as soon as possible and credit the full $70 back to my MetWallet balance without further delay. I would also appreciate an update regarding the expected processing time and confirmation once the funds have been returned to my account.
