I use the Gemgala Live Stream app on my Android phone and recently made a withdrawal request of 10 USD through Metwallet. I submitted this withdrawal request on Wednesday, but since then the money has not been processed or received in my account. When I contacted the platform, I was told there is a maintenance issue, but no clear time frame or concrete solution has been provided. My balance remains blocked and I cannot access the 10 USD I requested to withdraw. I request that my 10 USD withdrawal be processed as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the situation.
