Metwallet Withdrawal Blocked by Channel Maintenance Error

I have been a Metwallet user with user ID 3018*** since Friday, 7 August 2026. Since that date, every time I try to cash out my balance, the app shows an error message saying that the withdrawal channel is under maintenance and that I should try again tomorrow. Because of this ongoing error, I have been unable to withdraw around 30 US dollars from my account up to this morning. I could not find any clear support contact details in the app, so I have not been able to reach Metwallet directly about this problem. I kindly request that my withdrawal be processed without any further delay and that access to withdrawals on my account be restored so I can freely cash out my funds.
