Metwallet Under Maintenance And Can't Withdraw My Funds

I have been experiencing a problem with my Metwallet account since 23 July 2026, when my $10 balance appeared in my wallet through the Blockbuster Android app. Whenever I try to withdraw the money via Metwallet inside the Blockbuster app, a message appears within seconds saying “withdrawal channel under maintenance, try again tomorrow” and then disappears. I have been trying repeatedly since yesterday and keep getting the same response every time, so I cannot withdraw my own funds. I do not know any official customer support channel for Metwallet or Blockbuster, so I am raising my complaint here. I request that my withdrawal be processed successfully and that this error message be resolved so I can withdraw my balance normally without seeing “withdrawal channel under maintenance, try again later” each time.
