MetWallet Verification Error Blocks Withdrawal After Wrong Upload

I have a problem with the verification section of my METwallet account because I mistakenly uploaded the wrong document and now I cannot withdraw my money. About four days ago, instead of uploading my national identity card and my Nepal bill, I accidentally uploaded only my picture. Since then, whenever I try to edit or correct the verification details so that I can withdraw, the system keeps reverting back and does not allow me to change the wrong upload. Because of this, I am unable to complete full verification and I cannot withdraw my money. At the moment I am trying to withdraw 10 USD from my METwallet account, but the withdrawal is blocked due to this verification mistake. I cannot find any option in the app to delete the wrong picture and reupload the correct identity card and Nepal bill. I kindly request that my wrongly uploaded information be deleted and that my verification be reset so I can upload my correct national identity card and Nepal bill, complete full verification and withdraw my 10 USD without further issues.
