Metwallet Account Withdrawal Problem

I am writing about a withdrawal problem I experienced with Metwallet. I made a withdrawal of 10 USD from my Metwallet account to my JazzCash account. In the Metwallet system the withdrawal status is shown as “completed”, but I have not received any money in my JazzCash account even though 2 days have already passed. My Metwallet user ID is 5819***. Despite the transaction being marked as completed, the funds have not been credited to my JazzCash wallet, and this delay is causing me financial difficulty. I request that my withdrawal be urgently checked, the missing 10 USD be either credited to my JazzCash account or returned to my Metwallet balance, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this investigation.
