Gemgla $10 Withdrawal Sent to Old MetWallet Account – Refund Request

I am writing regarding a problem with a $10 withdrawal from my Gemgla wallet. On 2026-09-06 I requested a $10 withdrawal, and in the Withdrawal History it now appears with the status “Success”. My Gemgla account ID is 11805129. The $10 withdrawal was sent to my old MetWallet number 03029219040. I can no longer access this MetWallet account because the SIM card for that number is inactive, so I have no way to reach or use the withdrawn funds. My new and active MetWallet account ID is 5724933. I kindly request that the $10 which was withdrawn to my old MetWallet account be reversed and returned to my Gemgla account 11805129. After it is returned to my Gemgla account, I will withdraw it again to my new MetWallet account 5724933. I also request that no further withdrawals be sent to the old MetWallet account linked to 03029219040.
