Chamet Epay Withdrawal Failed – $20 Stuck in MetWallet

I have been working and earning on Chamet for about one month without any issues in withdrawing my money until today. Normally, I withdraw my earnings from Chamet to my MetWallet and then to my Epay account without any problem. Today, when I tried to withdraw 20 USD from MetWallet to my Epay account from India, the money moved to MetWallet, but the withdrawal could not be completed. The system shows an error saying that the Epay withdrawal channel is under maintenance and asks me to try again tomorrow. I waited for a few hours and tried again, but the same error message kept appearing and I still cannot withdraw my funds. I have already submitted a report to Chamet about this problem, but nothing has been fixed yet and I have not received a solution. My 20 USD is currently stuck and I am unable to access it. I request that this issue with the Epay withdrawal channel be checked and resolved as soon as possible and that my 20 USD balance be made available for withdrawal without any further delay.
