MetroOpinion Paid Subscription Trap And Unable To Cancel Membership

My sibling signed up for a membership on MetroOpinion after seeing it online, but did not realize that it was a paid subscription. Now, I am unable to cancel the membership. A charge of $6 is expected to be deducted this month, and I have no idea how many months this will continue.

According to the platform’s FAQ section, it states that you can log into your account and cancel the subscription. However, there is no such option available in the account settings. I am unable to find any way to cancel the membership.

I request immediate assistance to cancel this subscription and to ensure that no further charges are made. I also ask for clear instructions and confirmation that the membership has been fully terminated.
