MetroOpinion Permanent Deletion Request

I registered on MetroOpinion on April 8, 2026 with the email address ojanorv***@gmail.com. After using the platform, I decided that I no longer wanted to keep my account, because I do not find it worthwhile to continue and I want all my personal information removed. However, I discovered that there is no option at all on the site or in the account settings to permanently delete my account. This situation makes it impossible for me as a user to directly exercise my choice to leave the platform and have my data erased. I contacted MetroOpinion support and requested closure of my account and deletion of my data, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of reply and the absence of a clear account deletion option are both very concerning to me. I am requesting that my MetroOpinion account be permanently deleted without delay, together with all associated personal data and records. I also ask for a written confirmation that my account and all my data have been completely removed from your systems.
