MetroOpinion Billing Concern After Canceling Account Without Payment Details

I signed up for the MetroOpinion survey platform, but I never entered any card or payment information. I also canceled my membership within the first 30 minutes. Despite this, I am concerned that I might still be charged.

During both the registration and cancellation process, I did not encounter any payment notice, fee disclosure, or agreement requiring approval. I also attempted to contact customer service but was unable to reach anyone.

I request a clear confirmation from the company that no charges will be made under any circumstances, given that I did not provide any payment details. I expect a formal assurance regarding this matter.
