I signed up for the MetroOpinion website. I’ve heard that people are being charged, so please cancel my membership. How can I prevent this from happening? My card is not saved anywhere, and I would appreciate your help.

I hope no money has been charged so far. I want my membership to be canceled immediately. Please assist me with this issue.
