Unjust Metin2 Ban and Alleged Corruption by Team Member Pegasus
On the Metin2 TR Dandanakan server, my account named “dandanakan” was suspended without any explanation. When I tried to contact the support system to find out why my account was banned, I was given no information. Later, when I reached out to a team leader named Pegasus through the support system, I was asked for money in exchange for reactivating my account, and after that, I was blocked from the support system entirely.
My account contained items and clan equipment worth approximately ₺50,000. I have never violated any game rules, so being banned without a reason and then being asked for money is completely unacceptable. I have since tried multiple times to contact support, but I am unable to reach them anymore.
I demand that my account be immediately reinstated and that the fraudulent actions of the support member “Pegasus” be investigated. This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress, and I expect a full resolution as soon as possible.
The game admin named Ferhat in Dandanakan shut down my Jezzey character without limit because he didn’t get the money he wanted. No one at Gameforge cares; they just said the Turkish management does whatever it wants. Metin2 is over because of people like this.
