On 27.08.2025, all of my accounts on the Metin2 TR server (ahmetk***[email protected] , volkanbey199***@gmail.com , merto***[email protected] , volkanbey19973***@gmail.com , karpuzcurei***@gmail.com , karpuzcu5***@gmail.com ) were unjustly banned simultaneously. The reason given for the ban was "use of external software," but I have never used any such software or automation tools. According to the information provided to me, it was claimed that "a software automating logins and logouts" was detected. However, I did not use any such automation, and I have video recordings that can prove this. All of my logins and logouts were done completely manually and at a speed achievable by a human. I am willing to provide these proofs again and even demonstrate them if necessary. Furthermore, I have explained to the support team why these rapid logins/logouts occurred and provided supporting evidence, but these explanations have not been taken into account. I was also told that my tickets would be closed without a response, and my appeals have not been given proper attention. A support representative stated to me: "You claim to play with a total of 130 accounts and that you did not use any external software." This statement reflects an assumption based on prejudice rather than any technical investigation. Simply managing multiple accounts does not imply the use of external software. This approach clearly demonstrates that an objective and impartial review was not conducted. I have invested many years of effort in this game, and both my financial and personal contributions are present in these accounts. The deletion of all this effort due to a single erroneous decision is a serious injustice. Therefore, I request that this matter be thoroughly and impartially reviewed based on the evidence, information, and videos I have provided, and that my accounts be reinstated as soon as possible.
