MetaMask Wallet Wiped Out After Buying Babybnbtiger Coin

I purchased $200 worth of Babybnbtiger coins through MetaMask using the BNB Smart Chain network. After completing the transaction, I attempted to sell my coins, but it was completely impossible to do so. Shortly after, the Babybnbtiger coins in my account reset to zero. This issue has happened four or five times in total. Currently, I only have $8 worth of BNB left in my account, and my Babybnbtiger coins are completely gone. I have not made any transfers or other transactions. During some of these transactions, I even noticed that my entire wallet balance was wiped out due to gas fees. Today, I experienced the same problem again and took a screenshot since I was unable to sell my coins.

When I contacted MetaMask support, they stated that they could not help with this issue. I was told that I needed to create a Twitter account to reach their team, but that method did not lead to any solution either. Currently, all my Babybnbtiger coins have disappeared, and I am requesting that this issue be investigated thoroughly.

I ask that MetaMask either compensate me for my losses or legally ensure that my rightful tokens are frozen and returned to my account.
