MetaMask Bridge Transfer From Robinhood Chain to Ethereum Is Missing

I used the MetaMask mobile app to bridge approximately $300 worth of cryptocurrency from Robinhood Chain to Ethereum Chain. My transaction was confirmed under transaction ID 0X7f9a2001e9e4e900439402320eb1bdaa5e4373524918be7f59be3a3470b8822 and is shown as “received,” but the funds have not arrived on the Ethereum side at all.

Approximately six hours have passed since the transaction, but my balance has not been updated, and I have not received any clear explanation for the issue. When I try to contact MetaMask Support, I am redirected to an AI system that does not provide a concrete solution, leaving me without access to meaningful human support.

I request that MetaMask resolve this issue urgently by either completing the transaction and making my ETH visible in my Ethereum wallet or canceling the transaction and returning the full amount of ETH involved to my account. Given how critical time and trust are in cryptocurrency transfers, I cannot accept that an issue like this remains unresolved for such a long period of time.
