Meta Business Fraudulent Charges Trigger Urgent Refund Request

On 27.02.2026, a total of 8 unauthorized payment transactions were made from my Ziraat Bank personal account via Meta Business without my knowledge or consent. Between 04:00 in the morning and 8:00 p.m., 1,000 TL was withdrawn each time, amounting to a total of 8,000 TL. These transactions do not belong to me, and I did not request any advertising, shopping, or payment in relation to them. Despite our attempts to reach Meta / Meta Business and the relevant channels, we were unable to establish effective communication, which has caused me serious victimization both in terms of security and financially. I request that these transactions be urgently investigated, that my account be thoroughly checked from a security perspective, and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized withdrawals from happening again. I also request that the total amount of 8,000 TL withdrawn without my consent be refunded to me and that I be informed in writing about the outcome and process of this issue.
