Repeated Unauthorized CapCut Payments — Refund and Security Request
On November 10, 2025, $5 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card through the CapCut app using my Google account (n***************@gmail.com)** on my Android phone, without my knowledge or consent. I have never started any subscription on CapCut or Google Play, and I currently have no active memberships.
Moreover, this is not the first time such an issue has occurred — similar unauthorized charges were made from my account before, although I don’t remember the exact dates of those earlier transactions.
When I noticed this most recent transaction, I reported it to my mobile banking service and requested a reversal. I also have a receipt for the transaction. I double-checked both CapCut and Google Play, and I confirm that there are no active subscriptions linked to my account.
I urgently request that this unauthorized payment be investigated and that the $5 be refunded to my account immediately.
