My 2014 Mercedes GLA Screen Has Pixel Loss and Bluetooth Disconnects

I am absolutely outraged with my 2014 Mercedes GLA! Without any impact or damage whatsoever, the multimedia screen has started losing pixels, making the display practically unreadable. The text is becoming illegible, which is a major safety concern when I'm trying to use navigation or see vehicle information. This is completely unacceptable for a premium vehicle.

To make matters worse, the Bluetooth connection constantly disconnects. I can't reliably stream music or make hands-free calls, which is incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of having such a system in my car. These aren't minor inconveniences; they're significant flaws that severely detract from the driving experience and the functionality of my vehicle.

I've invested in a Mercedes-Benz for its supposed quality and reliability, and these issues are a huge disappointment. Mercedes, I demand immediate support and a solution for my GLA's multimedia screen pixel loss and recurring Bluetooth disconnections! This is a clear manufacturing defect, and I expect you to stand behind your product. Provide the necessary repairs or replacement to fix these critical problems now.
