Mercedes Multimedia Screen and Electrical Issues Disrupt My Driving Experience

I have been facing serious electrical issues with my Mercedes recently. Specifically, the multimedia screen frequently goes dark after the car is started, and this issue occurs after a brief period of normal operation. The screen going black completely disables important functions like navigation, which poses a safety risk during driving. Additionally, the multimedia system often freezes; while listening to music or using navigation, the system completely freezes, severely disrupting my driving experience. Even after restarting the screen, the issue persists, indicating that the electrical system of the vehicle is not operating stably. Furthermore, other electrical components, such as the climate control and interior lighting, sometimes stop working or suddenly shut off, negatively affecting the overall functionality of the car. These electrical malfunctions are seriously impacting my comfort and safety while driving. I bought this vehicle with trust in the Mercedes brand, but due to these ongoing electrical issues, I find the car to be far from the high quality and performance I expected, and I believe these problems need to be addressed as soon as possible.
