Mercedes CLA Varnish Started Peeling After a Few Years and Service Offers No Support

Mercedes uses such low-quality varnish that peeling starts within a few years. I bought a CLA model and took it to a Mercedes service center every year for maintenance, and all necessary maintenance was performed. However, after 4-5 years, I noticed peeling varnish in certain areas. It never crossed my mind that Mercedes would use low-quality varnish, and no one at the service center warned me about it either. Once the warranty expired, I took the car to another service center, where they informed me that the peeling was due to the low-quality varnish. I returned to Mercedes service and complained, but they told me I should have reported it before the warranty ended. Unfortunately, they admitted that this issue has been common, especially on plastic parts, for the past 4-5 years. Two years ago, they repainted the peeling areas at no charge, but now they’re saying it needs approval from the Mercedes head office to do it again. I reached out to Mercedes Turkey but received no response. I then contacted the global office, and while they initially replied, they eventually stopped responding. In short, MERCEDES-BENZ CARS START PEELING AFTER A FEW YEARS, and no one offers any assistance. For years, my car has had peeling issues, and each time I went to service, no one addressed it. Why? Because it should have been repainted free of charge. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. I will never buy a Mercedes again based on its so-called “warranty and quality.”
