I purchased a ticket on mytrip.com yesterday night using my credit card issued by Singapore Maribank. During the booking... process, the website clearly stated that there were zero fees for credit card payments. However, after completing the payment, I was charged an additional credit card fee of SGD 8
I bought a ticket from mytrip.com at a specific displayed price, but after purchasing, I was surprised to see an additio...nal amount charged, which they claimed was a credit card fee. However, the website clearly showed that paying by credit card had 0 fees. This is unethical, and I do not accept it.
I'm facing the same problem, they added credit card charge SGD8.14 even stated 0 charge for credit card payment. it is cheating.
