"As a Miles&Smiles Elite member, my seat selection privilege was blocked during online check-in for my Luanda–Istanbul flight. Due to a system error, I was unable to select a seat and received no support at all. Turkish Airlines continues to deny their mistakes. Therefore, I am requesting an apology, bonus miles, and an upgrade on my Addis Ababa–Istanbul flight. So far, none of these requests have been fulfilled, and the issue remains unresolved."
