Pers Investment Regarding Missing Lot Information And Refund Process

I have been working with this company since 08.02.2024. My investment account is managed by Investment Specialist Ms. K*...*****. Due to some incorrect transactions I made, I was provided with a refund procedure. I have collected the total 60 lots as required however, they are still saying I have 3 lot
