On the evening of April 14, between approximately 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., I purchased a flight ticket to Phuket, Thaila...nd through Trip.com. My reservation PNR code is NHQL9X. Shortly after completing the purchase, I was forced to cancel the ticket because of a sudden medical issue related to my to
