"Even though I have provided the information for the 7-slot application, they are not canceling my membership. I want a solution; there is no problem that should be dragged out this long. I have given the cancellation information, and they keep prolonging it. Their aim is not to cancel the membership. I want to seek my rights through legal means. Please help."
I want to close my 7Slot account, but they keep making excuses and won’t proceed without requesting photos of my ID and ...credit card. I’ve emailed them multiple times, but they refuse to close the account unless I provide this sensitive information. I am not comfortable sharing my ID and card detail
