Superonline Remove Any Unconfirmed Prolongation From My Contract

I sign contract with TurkCell Superonline from 12.12.2022 to 12.12.2023 But when I come to Superonline office to cancel ...my contract they as to pay till May! So, in fact my contract was prolonged til may without my permission! I demand to close my contract at 12.12.2023 as it my in signed contract.
