I have been using Melbet regularly and have successfully withdrawn my winnings many times in the past without any issues. However, my most recent withdrawal request is being ignored, which raises serious concerns about how the service is operating.
On March 15, I submitted a withdrawal request via e-wallet for 3,100 EGP under request number 19395790353 from my account number 847362910. Since then, there has been no progress, no updates, and no clear information about the status of my withdrawal.
On March 16, I contacted customer support regarding the delayed payout and have continued to follow up, but I only receive generic copy-and-paste responses without any meaningful explanation. I have not been given any specific reason for the delay or any clear timeframe for when my funds will be processed, which feels unprofessional and disrespectful to a long-time customer.
I expect transparent and fair treatment. I request a clear explanation of the status of my withdrawal and confirmation that my payout request (number 19395790353) for 3,100 EGP will be processed and completed without any further delay.
