Melbet Not Allowing Withdrawal After Account Ban for Alleged Cheating

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Melbet account, which I access through the Android application from the Maldives. Since February 30, 2026, I have been unable to place bets, access slot games, or withdraw any of my funds. My account currently holds 100,205.73, and this entire balance is locked and inaccessible.
Whenever I try to use my account, I receive the error message: “error 158223 your account has been banned due to the use of cheating softwar.” This message specifically appears when I attempt to use the crash game. I strongly deny this accusation and do not accept that I have used any kind of cheating software.
Over the past week, I have contacted Melbet customer support multiple times and followed their instructions to communicate via email. I have submitted all requested details and information and even received a phone call from them. However, despite these efforts, nothing has changed. My account remains banned, and I still cannot access my funds or use any features. They continue to direct me to email communication, but no clear explanation or resolution has been provided.
I request that Melbet urgently review this ban, properly investigate the alleged use of cheating software, and restore full access to my account. If they choose not to reactivate my account, then I demand an immediate refund of my full balance of 100,205.73. Leaving my funds blocked without a clear reason or solution is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
