I am using the Melbet app on Android in India, and on 25 January 2026 I deposited 10,000 INR into my account. Since this deposit, I have not been unable to withdraw my money through any wallet or method, and my withdrawal remains stuck despite repeated attempts. When I contacted the security team, I was informed that I can only withdraw funds and not place any bets, yet even the withdrawal is not being processed.
