Melbet Is Not Giving The Withdrawal

I am using the Melbet app on Android in India, and on 25 January 2026 I deposited 10,000 INR into my account. Since this deposit, I have not been unable to withdraw my money through any wallet or method, and my withdrawal remains stuck despite repeated attempts. Up to now, I have not been able to withdraw any amount at all. My Melbet account number is 1542864*** and my registered email address is akritis***[email protected]. When I contacted the security team, I was informed that I can only withdraw funds and not place any bets, yet even the withdrawal is not being processed. I have tried all available withdrawal methods in the app, but every method fails and the money stays locked in my account. I also contacted Melbet support, and they only told me that there are technical issues, without resolving the problem or giving a clear timeline. At this point, I simply want my full deposit amount of 10,000 INR to be released and successfully withdrawn to my chosen method without further delay, and I would like a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal has been blocked after the deposit.
