Melbet Has Not Processed My Withdrawal And Gives No Clear Answer

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with my Melbet account. My user ID is 593820*** and I requested a withdrawal of 2,100 $ via e‑wallet on April 12, 2026. Since submitting this request, the status has not changed and the money has still not been transferred to my e‑wallet. My Melbet account has been active for about 5 monthes and this is my first withdrawal attempt. On the same day as the request, April 12, I contacted your support team to ask about the delay, and I contacted support again on April 13. However, I only received standard, generic replies without any clear explanation of the reason for the delay or any time frame for when the withdrawal would be processed. I have not been asked to complete any identity or account verification and have not submitted any documents, nor have I been informed that this is required. I kindly request a clear explanation as to why my 2,100 $ withdrawal request from April 12, 2026 is still pending and when I can expect it to be processed and paid out to my e‑wallet. I also ask that my withdrawal be completed as soon as possible or that I be given a concrete and reasonable time frame for its completion.
