I am facing an issue while depositing money. At first, I deposited ₹100 into my Melbet account through EasyPaisa, and it was successful. Later, I tried to deposit another ₹100 using the same method. I entered the given number, and ₹100 was deducted from my EasyPaisa account, but when I entered the transaction ID, my account number, and my account name, it showed an error saying that this payment method is not available. I tried reopening the app, but the EasyPaisa deposit option had disappeared. I would be very grateful if you could either add the deducted amount to my Melbet account or issue a refund.
