Melbet Won't Let Me Withdraw My Funds

I deposited money into my Melbet account and was later told that withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. That wasn’t a problem at first—so I even made an additional deposit to meet their conditions. I used the fast bank transfer option for both deposits. But now, when I try to withdraw my funds, the fast bank transfer method is nowhere to be found in the withdrawal options. I’ve been trying for two days straight and still can’t access my balance. It feels like I’m being blocked from withdrawing my own money despite following all of Melbet’s rules. I demand that Melbet resolve this issue immediately and release my funds using the method I used to deposit. This delay is unacceptable and feels intentional. Either honor your stated policies or refund me another way—but don’t keep me waiting with no solution. Also I don't know why you dont provide any explanation and just tell me keep waiting.
