Melbet Deposit Failed

I made a deposit to my Melbet account from my Orange wallet on 20/05/2026 in the amount of 14,900 XOF. The money was deducted from my Orange wallet, but it has still not been credited to my Melbet account as of today, 11/06/2026. The Orange transaction reference for this payment is MP260520.1002.B68320. Before this incident I had already made deposits to Melbet using my Orange wallet and everything always went smoothly, so this situation is unusual and very disappointing. Since the failed deposit, I have repeatedly contacted Melbet customer support. Each time I am told only that “our team is processing” and that I should “just wait” without any concrete explanation, solution, or time frame, even though the issue has been ongoing for weeks. I request that Melbet immediately locate this transaction and credit the full amount of 14,900 XOF to my Melbet account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong so that this kind of problem does not happen again.
