I Sent 20 MAD to Melbet but Balance Not Updated After Bank Transfer

I am writing to report a missing deposit on my Melbet account and to request that this issue be resolved without further delay. On April 10, 2026, at approximately 2:13 a.m., I made a bank transfer of 20.00 MAD from my Crédit Agricole Maroc account via the Bank-e application to fund my Melbet account. The transfer was sent to the beneficiary “HMZ SRV,” with the account number 225815019012767601010649, and the description clearly stated as “MELBET.”
On my bank’s side, the transaction was successfully completed, and my account was debited. The transaction appears in my bank statement as: “Mbl |190 - Melbet - Ballaqi Ham** - Vir. -20.00 MAD.” However, despite this confirmed debit, the amount has not been credited to my Melbet account. My Melbet ID is 1621194783, and my account balance has not changed, with no record of the deposit दिखाईng in the app.
I have already attempted to contact Melbet customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which is extremely disappointing for such a straightforward and verifiable transaction.
I request that the 20.00 MAD be immediately credited to my Melbet account (ID: 1621194783) or refunded back to my Crédit Agricole Maroc account based on the transaction details provided. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
