Melbet Deposit Not Credited After Vodafone Cash Payment Confirmation

I am filing a complaint regarding a failed deposit to my Melbet account that has still not been resolved. On 7 May 2026 at 00:07 AM, I deposited 1657 EGP via Vodafone Cash from my Vodafone wallet number 010140157*** to the Melbet agent wallet 01282295638. The amount was successfully deducted from my Vodafone Cash balance, and Vodafone confirmed the transfer of 1657 EGP to the agent's wallet on that date and time. However, this amount has never been credited to my Melbet account. The deposit was made to my Melbet account ID 1078282215, which is linked to my email address mohannadha******@gmail.com. Despite the successful Vodafone confirmation and the fact that the money is left in my wallet, my Melbet balance has not increased, and I am effectively missing 1657 EGP. I have already sent Melbet support the confirmation from Vodafone showing the successful transfer and the agent's wallet details. I have contacted both Melbet and Vodafone customer support multiple times about this issue. The replies I received from Melbet have mostly been generic responses such as “we are processing your request,” without any concrete solution or detailed explanation. At one point, Melbet staff even claimed they could not locate the deposit, despite the evidence I provided from Vodafone confirming that the payment was completed to their agent wallet. I request that Melbet either immediately credits the amount of 1657 EGP to my Melbet account ID 1078282215, or refunds the full 1657 EGP back to my Vodafone Cash wallet 01014015772. I also expect a clear explanation of how this issue occurred and why it has not been resolved despite my previous attempts to get support. I want this matter to be handled urgently, as the funds have been missing since 7 May 2026.
