Melbet Deposit Declined But Money Deducted

I recently made a deposit to my Melbet account using Baridimob on 10.04.2026 at around 11:57 for an amount of 1,000 DA. Shortly after, I received a message from Melbet stating that my deposit had been declined, but the money had already been deducted from my Baridimob account. This is very frustrating because this is the second time in a row that exactly the same problem has happened to me. The 1,000 DA transaction appears on my Baridimob statement as completed and I also have the transaction number as proof. Despite this, the amount has neither been credited to my Melbet balance nor returned to my bank account. When I contacted your customer service, I was only told to wait at least 10 days, without any clear explanation of what happened or where my money is. I am seriously concerned and disappointed that the same issue has occurred twice and that I am left without clear information. I request a detailed explanation of where my money went, why my deposit was declined while the amount was taken from my account, and how this could happen twice in a row. I also expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible, either by crediting the missing deposit to my Melbet account or by refunding the money back to my Baridimob account.
