I registered an account with Melbet from India, deposited money, and played casino games. After I stopped playing, I attempted to withdraw my balance of 25,650, but the withdrawal was blocked and the system indicated that documents were required.
On February 19, 2026, I submitted my Aadhaar card to the Melbet security team as requested. Since then, instead of completing the verification process and approving my withdrawal, Melbet has repeatedly asked for “required documents” without clearly explaining what additional documents are needed. Even though I have followed their instructions and fully cooperated, I continue to receive the same generic responses, and my withdrawal has not been processed.
In addition, I was threatened in their messages that my emails would be ignored, which I find extremely unprofessional and concerning.
I request that my account be properly verified, that the repeated document requests and threatening messages stop immediately, and that my withdrawal of 25,650 be processed and paid out to me as soon as possible.
