IQScore.ME Charged $14.99 After $1 Payment

I used IQScore.ME service and, after completing the test, paid $1 to receive my report, providing my email as requested. Although the payment went through, I never received the report. Today, my credit card was charged $14.99 without my clear consent or prior notice. The charge was made to my American Express card ending in 21008. The website does not provide any customer or order number, leaving me without reference. I request immediate cancellation of all subscriptions linked to my email and card, a full refund of $1 and $14.99, and written confirmation that no further charges will occur.
