My name is William B*** and I am a user of Surveylama. I am writing about a withdrawal of £20.71 that I made through the Surveylama website on 23 April 2026, using my usual method. I went to the “earnings” section, chose PayPal, and requested the withdrawal to my email address, williamb***[email protected]. Nine days have now passed since this transaction and I have still not received any payment or a withdrawal confirmation email. Because I need the withdrawal confirmation email to be able to receive my money, I am very concerned about this delay. I contacted Surveylama customer support on 28 April 2026 regarding this issue, but I did not receive any reply even after the 2-day response time had passed. I then sent another email on 30 April 2026 to [email protected]. I am sure that my message was delivered, but I did not receive even an acknowledgment that my email had been received. I enjoy using Surveylama and completing surveys, but this experience has made me feel insecure about my earnings on the platform. I kindly request that Surveylama immediately processes and pays my £20.71 withdrawal and sends the PayPal withdrawal confirmation email to the same address I used for the transaction. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay in my payment and assurance that similar issues will not occur again in the future.
