Melbet Blocked My Account And Funds Without Any Legal Reason

I have a verified betting account with Melbet with the ID 1617736***, which I opened on 30 March 2026. After successfully completing the verification process and sending all the documents requested by the security team, I unexpectedly received an email on 8 April 2026 at 6:12 a.m. stating that my account was blocked on the grounds of fraud and bookmaker rules, and that my winning bets were forfeited. At the time my account was blocked, there was approximately 91,000 INR in my gaming account. This entire balance has been forfeited without any clear or detailed explanation. Before this incident, I had already made a successful withdrawal of about 15,000 INR from the same account, and I have never previously faced any problem or accusation related to my account. This is the first time I have experienced such a serious issue. After receiving the blocking email, I tried to reach Melbet customer support by phone and also contacted them by email, but I have not received any meaningful response or clarification. I am a single woman in my family, working in the private sector, and I use this platform for some additional genuine earnings. Being accused of fraud and having my funds confiscated without a proper explanation has caused me a lot of stress and financial difficulty. I kindly request that Melbet immediately review this decision, unblock my account, restore my full balance of around 91,000 INR, and allow me to withdraw my funds without further unjustified rejection. I also ask for a clear written explanation of the reasons for this action, supported by evidence if Melbet continues to claim any violation of rules.

I have created only one account using my registered documents. I have never used my identity card for any other Melbet account. Please review this matter and unblock my account as soon as possible. I have all the proof to show that I have never created multiple accounts on Melbet.
