I am writing to report several issues with the MelBet account registered under the nickname “Thony D***,” with User ID 896638***. For many months, it has been impossible to withdraw the balance of 3,050,538.5 F due to verification problems related to the nickname used during registration. In addition to the withdrawal issue, the account now displays authentication errors whenever a deposit is attempted, and it is no longer possible to use the balance to play any games. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving these problems. Please provide clear instructions on the documents or steps needed to correct the account details and restore full access so that the withdrawal can be processed without further delay.
