Melbet Account Restricted - Cannot Deposit
I have been using the Melbet Android application and until now I did not have any issues. However, about three hours ago, when I tried to use my account again after around one month, I faced an unfair restriction on my account. When I attempted to deposit money into my Melbet account, the deposit option showed an error and the top up was not accepted. I then contacted the live chat support. The live chat manager checked my account and informed me that the company had restricted my account and that the company has the power to do this. When I asked for the reason for this restriction, he told me that he could not tell me the reason and ended the conversation by saying goodbye, without providing any explanation. My account currently has no balance, and I was only trying to deposit when this problem appeared. This is my first problem with Melbet. I also sent an email to Melbet support, but I have not received any response yet. I find it unacceptable that my account is restricted without any reason being shared with me. I kindly request that my account be unblocked so that I can use the service again, or that I am at least given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this restriction.
