I Face Missing ₹2200 Deposit In Melbet Account After UPI Payment

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a UPI Intent deposit to my Melbet account, which has still not been resolved. On April 15, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹2,200 to my Melbet account with ID 634532655 using UPI Intent via Paytm linked to my Slice Finance Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Melbet balance.
After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted Melbet support. They initially asked me to create a query within the platform, which I did. Two days later, they requested my bank statement, and I provided it as well. Since then, they have stopped responding, and my issue remains unresolved even though they have all the required information and the ₹2,200 is still not reflected in my account.
I request that my ₹2,200 deposit either be promptly credited to my Melbet account or refunded back to my bank account. I also expect a clear and timely response explaining the status of this transaction.
